A Letter from the Camp Director

Dear Parents,

I am excited to lead another year of this great 70 year old tradition. Camp Pineshore is a safe place to grow in Christ and have a lot of fun and make some close friends along the way. By employing many volunteers from our local churches, accepting donations, and being good stewards with our budget, we're proud to offer both an affordable and fun camp for our community. As a parent of a 2 year old and 6 month old, I look forward to the day my children will be old enough to be campers and a part of this Christ-centered tradition. I look forward to seeing you at Camp Pineshore this summer!

In Christ,

Rev. David Jacoby

BIO: Hello! I am 30 years old, and Wisconsin is my place of birth. (So naturally that makes me is a HUGE Green Bay Packer fan!) and in August 2015, I began my ministry in Fitchburg, MA. I am married to Liz. We have a daughter, Erin, who is an active two year old, and a son, Ian, who was born this past fall. I did my graduate studies at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN and my undergraduate at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI. I am a lifelong Lutheran--Missouri Synod with a long family history of family members who are church workers. All along, I have been greatly blessed to have Christian influences my entire life, including parents and teachers growing up. With one year behind me directing the church camp, I am excited for the opportunities to witness about Jesus, helping the youth to grow in faith and in love for one another.
